At Haven Falls Poutama Tangihanga, we believe that every whānau deserves access to quality funeral care without unnecessary financial pressure. Our funeral costs are highly competitive, with an average service cost of $5,100 + GST.

We require NO DEPOSIT, and families are provided with a 30-day invoice, giving you time and space to focus on your loved one.

Our experienced team can guide you through financial support options, including WINZ Funeral Grants, KiwiSaver withdrawals, insurance claims and any legal requirements. We’re here to help make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Whanau Package

$5,100.00 + GST ($5,865.00 inclusive)

Our Whānau Package provides a complete, respectful funeral service that supports families through every stage of the process.
The following services are included:

  • First Call uplift within the region of the Haven Falls branch providing care
  • Hygienic cleansing and embalming
  • Fully trimmed standard-size veneer casket
  • Casketising and dressing
  • Completion of registration requirements with the Department of Internal Affairs
  • Administration & documentation
  • Laying in state in our chapel
  • Family viewing
  • Transportation to your chosen venue within the regional area of the branch.

Simplicity Package

$3,500.00 + GST ($4,025.00 inclusive)

Our Simplicity Package is designed for families who prefer a straightforward, affordable service while still receiving compassionate, professional care.
The following services are included:

  • First Call uplift within the region of the Haven Falls branch providing care
  • Cleansing, Dressing & Casketising
  • Viewing during working hours
  • Fully trimmed casket liner
  • Cremation administration requirements
  • Completion of registration requirements with the Department of Internal Affairs
  • Administration & documentation
  • Transportation to the designated crematorium within the regional area of the branch.
